Found It!

After weeks of looking at LOTS of houses, Jill and I finally found the house that is perfect for us!  We are so excited!  We signed the contract yesterday and are hoping that everything will go through so that we can move in sometime next month.  I am so ready to have my family down here with me ALL of the time.  Pictures to come soon.

House Hunting and Gambling

Well in the past couple of days, Jill and I have looked at about 5 billion houses… or at least it seems that way. We literally looked all day yesterday and today, and although we’ve seen several nice houses, we haven’t really found the one that feels like home. Please pray for us as we continue to look.

Tomorrow the staff heads to Seattle for the Exposed Multi-site conference. Then we’re off to Vegas for a little gambling to try to make enough money to go multi-site.

…Seriously, does anybody read this crap?

Fire Hydrant

I know it’s cliche’, but it is exactly how I feel. I feel as if I’ve been drinking from a fire hydrant. No doubt I’ve taken a whole heck of a lot in, but I can’t help but wonder how much I’ve missed. Yesterday was amazing. Our lead team got to go and sit in on a workday at Elevation Church. These guys are amazing. Focused, poised, sharp, organized, well thought out, relentless… are just a few of my thoughts about the leadership there. Props to John Bishop and Jessi Welch for taking time out of their day to hang out with me. You guys rock!

House… SOLD!

I can’t believe it. We’ve had a “For Sale by Owner” sign in the yard for 1 month and yesterday we agreed on an offer. We’re going to sign the binding contract tomorrow. God is good! It’s amazing how He’s had his hand on all of this from the very beginning. When it didn’t sell after a day, Gary was saying that it was because I wasn’t living right I can’t wait to start looking for homes in Canton and getting my family down here with me.

With that said, I’m officially removing the “BUY MY HOUSE” page at the top of my blog. You snooze, you lose.
